PURPOSE:To attain both functions of a calling and transmission request switch and a press-to-talk switch by a single operating means by operating and processing an operating signal produced by calling or transmitting operation at a radio communication control means. CONSTITUTION:In operating temporarily the press-to-talk switch 31 for calling an opposite party, a microcomputer 20 performs operating processing required for the calling operation to a communication control circuit 40 based on the said operating signal to perform the operating processing required to set a communication channel selected by the operating processing to the control circuit 40. Thus, the control circuit 40 is brought into the calling operation state and set to the said communication channel, and an operation display section 10 displays the calling operation. Then, in operating the switch 31 again, the computer 20 allows the control circuit 40 to perform the operating processing required for the transmitting operation and brings the control state into the transmission operating state. |
