PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing a specific fluorine-containing polymer and a polymerizable compound containing unsaturated bond, as essential components, having excellent wettability and impregnating property to the substrate, etc., giving a cured product having excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance, etc. and applicable to various application fields. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is prepared by compounding (A) a polymerizable compound having unsaturated bond or an epoxy group (e.g. vinyl acetate, etc., or a glycidyl ether of bisphenol A, etc.) with (B) a fluorine-containing polymer containing >=10wt% of fluorine atom and soluble in the component (A) or a mixture of the component (A) and optionally a volatile solvent (preferably tetrafluoroethylene/propylene/glycidyl vinyl ether terpolymer, etc.). A volatile solvent (e.g. acetone) may be used to promote the dissolution of the component (B) provided that the amount of the solvent is <=200pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the component (A).
