PURPOSE:To achieve a thermal transferring onto a circular object to be transferred without burning or peeling of a foil by thermally transferring a foil layer onto a surface to be transferred with a transfer stamp holding down internal and external sides of a transferring portion of a transfer film to a specified position. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transferring is done with a stamp member 16 of a transfer stamp 1 holding down internal and external peripheries of a circular surface to be transferred of a transfer film (a) with a vacuum type film holder 25 and a film keeper 22. This keeps peripheries of the surface being transferred from contacting the transfer stamp 1 heated to prevent the burning of a foil. After the transferring, the film keeper 22 rises by a slight delay in the time with the ascesion of the transfer stamp 1 to ensure that the transfer section is cooled positively thereby eliminating the peeling of the foil due to the tension of the transfer film (a). |
