The device comprises an electrically conductive casing (60) with a chamber inside containing an electrical voltage source (62) in electrical contact with the casing. A medical preparation containing absorbent material (61) projects from the casing to come in potential contact with the electrical voltage source. The source is a battery (62), and the conductive casing is metal, or can be of a non-metallic material (64). - The absorbent material containing the medical preparation is in potential contact with the battery, and actual contact is produced when pressure is exerted upon it. The battery positive connection remains in contact with the material containing the medical preparation, and its negative connection is in contact with the casing (60). |
