Technical characteristic: two bearing rolls 20, 21 carried by a tensioning arm 18 delimit a passage slit for two sets of belts 10, 11 whilst a tensioning lever 23 also carrying bearing rolls 24, 25 carries the anchorage of an elastical link 27, 30 for balancing the tension exerted on the said arm 18 and lever 23 respectively.
