PURPOSE:To obtain an improved image preventing disturbance of the image by spreading a conductor over the surface of a non-magnetic cylinder for carrying a toner along the length thereof so as to apply an image signal to a recording electrode with a voltage induced in the conductor serving as synchronous signal. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 9 in which magnetic poles different in the polarity are magnetized alternately is placed in a non-magnetic cylinder for carrying a toner and rotated to carry a one-component conductive magnetic toner 8 along the circumferential surface of the non-magnetic cylinder 6. A recording electrode 5 is provided on the circumferential surface thereof to apply an image signal voltage. Then, a medium 1 to be recorded having an insulating material 3 applied thin on a conductive sheet 2 is arranged at a small space with the recording electrode 5 while an opposed electrode 4 is placed behind. Then, a conductor 14 is provided on a toner carrying surface perpendicular to the direction of moving a mobile magnetic pole and an image signal voltage is applied between the recording electrode 5 and the opposed electrode 4 synchronizing with an electromotive force induced therein. |
