PURPOSE:To realize multiple connection and lamination easily and securely by a method wherein a coil-shape electrode is provided to one main surface and a connection electrode is provided to another main surface of the 1st insulation sheet and a cut-hole which pierces both surfaces is also provided to the 1st insulation sheet and the same electrodes are provided to the corresponding positions of the 2nd insulation sheet and the plurality of the 1st insulation sheets and the 2nd insulation sheets are laminated alternately. CONSTITUTION:Laminating substance of green sheets 1-7 is heated to the temperature more than the softening point and plastic deformation is made by giving enough pressure from the top and the bottom to make a solid body. An internal connection part 21a of a coil-shape electrode 21 is pressed to contact and made solid with a connection electrode 23c on the back surface of the green sheet 3 through a cut-hole 15 of the green sheet 2. Then the connection electrode 23c is pressed to contact and made solid with an internal connection part 22a on the front surface of the green sheet 2. With the same procedure, the internal connection parts and the connection electrodes are connected successively through the cut-holes and lead-out parts 21b, 26b of the coil-shape electrodes 21, 26 are connected to form a coil-shape inside the laminated body of the ceramic green sheets 8-14. When the body is sintered, connection parts of the internal electrodes also start being sintered with each other to form the coil-shape electrode. |
