The group of metal supporting box panels which can be continuously joined together for the construction of prefabricated flat and/or curved supporting roofs and/or walls is composed of panels of metallic material comprising two raised elements (2, 2') and two seats (3, 3'). The basic panel is constructed by joining together two perfectly identical elements (4, 4') arranged in succession. Joining of the elements (4, 4') is performed by riveting the parts making contact (5, 5').
