It comprises an endpiece 6, formed on the lateral wall of the body 3 of the utensil and whose upper face has a notch 7, a housing 5a provided in the connecting end 2 of the handle 1a and in which the said endpiece is capable of being inserted with slight friction, and a locking device mounted in the said housing and comprising a pivoting part 8, having a beak-shaped end 9 capable of being inserted in the notch of the endpiece, as well as means 10, 13 capable of making the said part pivot in order to bring its beak-shaped end 9 into the notch 7 and to lock it in this position or to unlock it, for mounting or removing the handle, the said endpiece 6, in the locking position, being subjected to a compression between the said pivoting part and the inner face of the housing 5a provided in the connecting end 2 of the handle. <IMAGE>
