The invention is a wind machine motor consisting of two rotors with coaxial vertical shafts. The external rotor with its twenty four vanes directed at 50 DEG with respect to the radial vertical planes directs, in all azimuths, the wind onto two of the six vanes of the central rotor, the rotation of which, in a specific direction, generates a centrifugal gyrating flow which leads to the rotation of the "stator". The drive force generated is doubled and may be transmitted to a single drive shaft, by a differential bridge. Driving submerged or airborne propellers, or wheels, this motor may serve to propel ships, airships or motor vehicles. <IMAGE>
