EXAMPLE:2-[( 1-Methyltetrazol-5-yl )-thiomethyl]-6-( R )-(1-hydroxyethyl)-penem-3- carboxylic acid p-methoxybenzyl ester. USE:Antibacterial agent. Also effective even to resistant bacteria.
