<p>Control device for a converter clutch (WSK) comprised of a hydrodynamic torque converter (1) combined with a converter coupling (2), as well as of a clutch (3) designed according to a block system with a priority synchronized gear box and/or a drive motor, the control of the converter coupling depending on the rotation speed and the control of the clutch being effected by means of an actuation device exerting an auxiliary force, taking into account for both controls the running conditions-traction/thrust; both coupling devices (2, 3) are pressure-actuated from a single hydraulic pressure pump (5) and the system pressure to close the converter coupling (2) is supplied thereto by a converter coupling valve (4) which is hydraulically operated as a control valve and to which are supplied, as drive pressures, a pressure depending on the rotation speed and produced by a Pitot tube (6), as well as the constant system pressure, once directly and three times circuit-connectable, the circuit connection depending once on the accelerator position and the other two times on the motor brake actuation as well as on the open or closed position of the clutch coupling (3). The converter coupling (2) is opened during each adjustment and always closed when the motor brake is actuated; the converter (1) is not traversed by the pressure when the converter coupling (2) is closed but it remains filled for fast adjustments. </p> |
