The device is comprised of an Omega-shaped profile (11) provided with an inner top reinforcement (2). The skirt-forming profile wings (5) are provided at their base with splay-forming extensions (6) towards the outside. To provide for the continuity of the protection on the aligned bars (D), the protection elements (11) are interconnected by means of an outer Omega-shaped sleeve (10). |
