PURPOSE:To manufacture a solar cell module through a simple manufacturing process by unifying a plurality of solar cell elements, to which optical conversion elements are mounted, by using shape materials of H-shaped sections and coating the anti-substrate sides with protective layers. CONSTITUTION:Optical conversion elements 1 are formed on transparent substrates 11, and fixed onto the substrates 11 by protective layers 12 coating the back sides. The elements 1, the substrates 11 and the layers 12 are held among the side surfaces of the central beams 14 of H-shaped shape materials 13 running parallel through sealing materials 15. A solar cell module in which a substance such as amorphous Si is deposited by glow discharge as the elements 1 in the structure, the substrates 11, the reverse sides thereof are coated with the layers 12, are unified by the H-shaped shape materials 13 and the sealing materials 15, the layers 12 are mounted on the back sides and an outer circumference is surrounded by a frame body is constituted. Accordingly, the solar cell module can be manufactured through a simple manufacturing process. |
