PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HYDROCARBONS

The invention relates to a process for the preparation of hydrocarbons from H2- and C-containing starting gases at elevated pressure and elevated temperature using a fluidised-bed catalyst having at least one cooled gas-phase catalyst fluidised bed, and to a plant for carrying out a process of this type. The invention is intended to achieve simple filtering-off of the fine catalyst particles entrained from the first gas-phase catalyst fluidised bed without impairing the performance of the process. This problem is essentially solved by feeding the gaseous hydrocarbons with the residual starting gases from a first gas-phase catalyst fluidised bed through a second separate purification catalyst fluidised bed. A plant intended for carrying out this process is distinguished, for example, by the gas-phase catalyst fluidised bed and the purification catalyst fluidised bed being accommodated in separate pressure reactor tanks.
