PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a measuring error by fitting the first base to the second base through an elastic part so that a vibration of the first base is not transferred to the second base. CONSTITUTION:One end of a shaft 11 is fitted rotatively so as to be vertical to a base 10, and two pieces of, for instance, strip-shaped thin plate-like members 13, 13' are fitted through a fitting member 12 to its other end. When weights 14, 14' move at a speed (v) in each opposite direction, an angular velocity to be measured OMEGA is inputted around an input shaft X-X, and the upward and downward Coriolis forces Fc operate on the weight 14 and the weight 14', respectively. As a result, a deflection quantity DELTAx whose direction is opposite is generated in the plate-like members 13, 13'. It is detected by displacement detectors 17, 17', and inputted to a demodulator 7 to which an output of a varied angle detector 15 is inputted, by which an output proportional to the input angular velocity OMEGA is obtained. In this way, generation of a measuring error is prevented. |
