<p>PURPOSE:To enhance HCl-absorbing and removing effect and to retain the absorbing capacity thereof for a long time, by bringing exhaust gas into contact with granular baked dolomite at a specific temp. or less. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas is passed through a fluidized layer, a moving layer or a packing layer employing granular dolomite obtained by baking CaMg(CO3)2 as an absorbent to absorb and remove HCl in the exhaust gas. In this case, the temp. of an absorbing tower is set to 350 deg.C or less. By this method, the absorbing effect of HCl is retained for a long time and the utilization efficiency of the absorbent can be enhanced.</p> |
