PURPOSE:To perform a complicated shape control in a wide range by offsetting one of a pair of upper and lower work rolls and providing bending rolls and sectional rolls through said bending rolls to the offset work roll. CONSTITUTION:A work roll 1 of the lower side of a pair of upper and lower work rolls 1, 1 is offset, by an offset quantity delta, to the rolling direction of a rolling material S. Bending rolls 2, 2', smaller in diameter than the offset work roll 1, and plural sectional rolls 3, 3', divided in the body length direction capable of imposing a lateral force on the work roll 1, are arranged respectively at both sides of the inlet and outlet sides of rolling of the offset work roll 1. A rolling mill is constructed so that optional forces can be separately applied to respective sectional rolls 3, 3'. |
