PURPOSE:The heated yarn is passed through the sucking tube which has the slit- shaped yarn-running space to enable stablized production of a bind-spun yarn of satisfactory strength. CONSTITUTION:A silver 8 is drafted between vertically coupled back rollers 1, second rollers 2 and front rollers to form a freece of staple fibers and the freece is nipped by the front rollers 3 and continuously excluded. Then, the resultant freece is twisted with the false-twisting nozzle 5 to form a twisted yarn, and the twisted yarn and the flying fibers on both sides of the freece are sent together into the sucking tube 4 having the yarn-passing space 4 to form an integrated yarn, then untwined to give a bind spinning yarn stably. |
