PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. which can be easily bonded and has firm durable adhesion, containing a modified olefin polymer, a metallic compd. and a (meth)acrylate polymer or a styrene polymer. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. consists of a modified olefin polymer (A) contg. an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride, or a polymer compsn. composed of said polymer (A) and an unmodified olefin polymer (B), a (meth)acrylate polymer and/or a styrene polymer (C) and a metallic compd. (D) selected from among Groups II, III, IV, VI and VIII metal oxides, hydroxides, phosphates, carbonates and carboxylates. Pref. the polymer compsn. composed of the polymers A and B contains at least 0.01mmol of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride per 100g of the polymer compsn.
