PURPOSE:To obtain a heat pump device which can obtain sufficient hot water temperature, by connecting a bypass circuit having a constant pressure valve to the refrigerant output port of a water heat exchanger and to the sucking side of a compressor. CONSTITUTION:When the water temperature at the inlet port of a water heat exchanger 4 is increased with the elapse of time, a condensation pressure P of the refrigerant of a water heat exchanger 4 is gradually increased. When the operation is continued for a certain period, the water temperature at the inlet port of the water heat exchanger increases, and the condensation pressure in the heat exchanger reaches the maximum pressure P, a constant pressure valve 5 bypasses the refrigerant, whose condensation pressure at the outlet port side of the water heat exchanger 4 exceeds the maximum pressure P, by the exceeded amount. Therefore, the thermal quantity of the condensation in the water heat exchanger is decreased, and the temperature of the hot water at the water outlet port sufficiently approaches the condensation temperature at the maximum pressure used by the refrigerant. |
