PURPOSE:To extend the battery life by providing a primary battery and other power sources to drive indication wheel trains different in the driving cycle with these power sources. CONSTITUTION:The first energy source 8 is a primary battery which supplies a power to a time standard 1, a division circuit 2, a driving circuit 12, a motor 3, a stoppage detection circuit 16, counters 17 and 18, a coincidence detection circuit 19 and the like to drive a wheel train 4. The wheel train 4 with the driving cycle of 2sec. or more drives a minute hand 5 and a hour hand 6. The second energy source 9 is a power source different from the primary battery which supplies a power to a driving circuit 21 and a motor 13 to drive a wheel train 14. The wheel train 14 with the driving cycle of 1sec or less drives a second hand 15. |
