PURPOSE:A polyester resin molding material having excellent fillability in spite of a low specific gravity and good insulating property after boiling, prepared by adding a cut polyester fiber. CONSTITUTION:To 100pts.wt. polyester resin is added 30-90pts.wt. cut polyester fiber with a fiber length of 0.7-2.5mm.. If required, the resulting composition is further mixed with about 25-40pts.wt. diallyl phthalate prepolymer, about 6- 10pts.wt. radical initiator, about 60-100pts.wt. glass fiber, about 5-10pts.wt. releasing agent (e.g., zinc stearate), and about 200-250pts.wt. filler (e.g., aluminum hydroxide).
