PURPOSE:To make it possible to inexpensively install the titled apparatus in a narrow space by constituting the whole unit small, by making it possible to perform the quantitative metering, mixing and perform pneumatic conveyance of particulate materials by one mixing tank. CONSTITUTION:A mixing tank 1 having a mixing blade 15 mounted therein is supported on a base stand 2 in an up-and-down movable manner and a metering apparatus 3 is provided between the tank 1 and base stand 2 while a particulate material supply port 11 to the upper part of the tank 1 and a discharge port 12 is provided to the lower end thereof and a supply damper 13 and a discharge damper 14 are respectively provided to the supply port 11 and the discharge port 12. In addition, an air transport pipe 4 is connected to the discharge port 12 and an air pump 5 for transporting the already mixed particulate material from the tank 1 in associated relation to the air transport pipe 4. That is, the quantitative metering, mixing and pneumatic conveyance of the particulate materials can be performed by one mixing tank and, therefore, the whole apparatus can be constituted small while said apparatus can be installed in a narrow place and provided inexpensively. |
