PURPOSE:To prevent mixing of supplied water and warm water in a water heater, by communicating a water supplying chamber and a hot water storing chamber through a float chamber, opening and closing the air vent valve of the float chamber by the float in the hot-water storing chamber, and opening and closing a hot water supplying port and a water supplying port by the float in the float chamber. CONSTITUTION:A float chamber 22 is provided with an air vent valve 24. The air vent valve 24 is operated by a float 25 in a hot water storing chamber 23 and opened and closed with a supporting point 26 as a rotary center. A float 27 is provided in the float chamber 22, and a valve 29 is connected to the lower part. The valve 29 opens and closes a water path 28, which communicates a water supplying chamber 30 and the hot-water supplying chamber 23. Therefore, the water supply is started only after the completion of the hot water supply. Thus the mixing of the supplied water and the warm water can be prevented. |
