PURPOSE:To fill up clearances easily at the time of the thermal deformation of a thermoplastic resin sheet and thus improve the manufacturing yield and reliability so that clearances, etc. do not remain in the surface of a string by a method wherein the uneven part of the string whereto the infiltration of said resin is difficult is filled with filler. CONSTITUTION:The uneven parts A-D of the string 7 are filled with the filler 10a-10d, which is then hardened, thereafter a water-repellent sheet 5, the first thermoplastic resin sheet 6, the string 7, the second thermoplastic resin sheet 8, and a glass plate 9 are successively laminated, and thermocompression bonding is performed under reduced pressure. Thereby, both the sheets 6 and 8 thermally deform and then fill the clearance of the string 7, and accordingly the water- repellent sheet 5 also deforms in accordance therewith. At this time, the uneven parts A-D of the string 7 are filled with the filler 10a-10d, therefore the variation of unevenness is alleviated into a smooth curved surface or a plane. Then, said sheets 6 and 8 easily flow along the curved surface, completely filling the clearances, which thus do not remain. |
