PURPOSE:To reduce a waiting period in performing a fixed position stopping control by rotating a reel at a line-synchronizing angular velocity as it is and decelerating and stopping it from the angle of starting the fixed position stopping control. CONSTITUTION:An angle coincidence detector 18 detects that an angle thetaB of fixed position stopping control, obtained by a stopping angle arithmetic circuit 17 from the time of completion of winding, coincides with a present angle theta detected by a pulse generator 11. A gate circuit is opened in response to said coincidence to start the fixed position stopping control. The moving quantities of present angle theta of a reel 12 detected by the generator 11 are integrated by an integrating circuit 19 to express the result as a total present moving rotation angle thetaX. Next, the rotation angle thetaX is compared with a stopping angle thetaZ by a comparator 2 to input its deviation to a proprotining circuit 3 and a function generator 4. The outputs of the circuit 3 and the generator 4 are compared with each other in a comparator 5 to give the value of higher side to a Leonard control device 7 as a speed reference signal. |
