PURPOSE:To prevent blowing out of cold wind, by reducing the amount of air blown out of a heat exchanger in the inside of a room, not by returning the amount of air in the room when a room temperature regulator is returned instantly, but by setting the amount of air by a room fan at a preset amount of air after a specified time period from the time when the room temperature regulator is returned. CONSTITUTION:When a room temperature is increased to a specified temperature at the normal heating operation, a room temperature regulator 5 is closed to the side of a contact point H, a heat medium heater 1 and a heat medium circulator 2 are stopped, and a room fan 4 is also stopped. When heating is stopped, and the room temperature is decreased to a point lower than a returning temperature, the room temperature regulator 5 is closed to the side of a contact point L, the heat medium heater 1 and the heat medium circulator 2 are operated, and the heating is restarted. When a heat exchanger 3 in the side of the room is sufficiently heated, contact points C and D of a timer 6 are closed, the room fan 4 is actuated, and warm wind starts blowing.
