PURPOSE:To obtain an emulsion fuel oil with good combustion efficiency stable for a long time and capable of contg. much water, by dispersing in heavy fuel oil an aq. component prepd. by dispersing indian ink in water. CONSTITUTION:An aq. component prepd. by dispersing indian ink in water is dispersed and emulsified in heavy fuel oil. Tap water, industrial water, etc. are generally used, but it is possible to use well water, river water, lake water and sea water. The indian ink to be used is one prepd. by dispersing lampblack, pine black, soot, carbon black, etc. adequately using glue, gelatin, a dispersant, protective colloid, etc. commercially available indian ink can be used as the indian ink. For example, indian ink such as KURETAKE or KAIMEI, or one obtd. by rubbing an ink stick prepd by caking lampblack, pine black, soot, etc. in water, is available. Said heavy fuel oil includes A fuel oil, B fuel oil, C fuel oil, fuel oil mixture obtd. by adequately mixing these fuel oils, etc.
