PURPOSE:To eliminate unpleasant feeling due to cold wind, by reducing the amount of air blown out of a heat exchanger in the inside of a room when a room temperature conditioner is OFF, not by returning the amount of air in the room instantly to a preset amount of air when the room temperature conditioner is returned but actually increasing the temperature by a heat medium after the room temperature conditioner is returned, and thereafter increasing the amount of air in the room to the preset amount. CONSTITUTION:When a room temperature is increased to a specified temperature at the time of normal heating operation, a room temperature conditioner 5 is closed to the side of a contact point H, a heat medium heater 1 and a heat medium circulator 2 are stopped, and a room fan 6 is stopped in order to eliminate the feeling of cold wind. When the heating is stopped and the room temperature is decreased to a point lower than the returning temperature of the room temperature conditioner 5, the room temperature conditioner 5 is closed to the side of a contact point L, the heat medium heater 1 and the heat medium circulator 2 are operated, and the heating is restarted. When the pressure of the heat medium is increased and becomes a preset pressure of a pressure switch 6, the room fan 4 is actuated, and the warm air is blown.
