PURPOSE:To increase the effective generating area by providing a conductive film on a connecting end of a metal electrode of next stage cell of a transparent electrode of a solar unit cell to reduce a contact resistance in the connecting portion and to narrow the contact width in the connecting portion. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conductive film such as ITO or SnO2 is formed on a transparent insulating substrate 1 made of glass or the like, conductive paint is coated in the width corresponding to the contact width with the second electrode by a screen printing method, and baked to form a conductive film 5. The transparent conductive film is patterned in unit cell width to form the first electrode 2, a P-I-N or N-I-P a-Si bonding layer 3 is formed, a metal film of Al, Ag, Cu, Ti, Ni is formed as the second electrode 4, and patterned in the unit cell width. |
