PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity for construction of any deep pit for a receptacle plate vertical drive device, by allowing a support piece fixed to coil receptacle plate to protrude outward from the outside reel for restriction of oil outside dia., and by driving by the driving device in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A wire from a rolling press passes through an induction pipe P to be folded as in a coil, and then is stacked on a coil receptacle plate 4 and taken up. When a specific length of wire winding is completed, a motor 9 is stopped and a piston rod is protruded from each oil-hydraulic cylinder 18, and then a support ring 20 and rail 21 are lifted to heave the coil receptacle plate 4 to its uppermost position to make coil takeous possible. After taking-out, each cylinder 18 is contracted to sink the coil receptacle plate 4. In this manner the vertical motion of the coil receptacle plate 4 is performed by an oil-hydraulic cylinder beside a bearing housing 6, so that there is no more necessity for construction of any deep pit for installation of oil-hydraulic cylinders, to ensure easy and simple installing operation of the device. |
