PURPOSE:To perform the process control with a special proportion control operation during the perfect waste time and then only with an intermittent integrating operation, by combining the sample control with the special proportion action control of continuous control. CONSTITUTION:A pulse N is produced by the output of a variable sample period generator 13, and an integration circuit 102 corrects the operation signal with intermittent integration in order to eliminate a control deviation if exists. The process value XO obtained at a time point when the intermittent integration is over is stored in a memory to be used as a standard XON. Then a continuous proportion control operation is carried out on the basis of the standard XON during a sample period from the pulse (n) to the next pulse (n+1). The synthetic signal obtained by adding KPX(XON-XO) to the intermittent integration output signal by an adder 103 is delivered to a multiplier 6 in the form of an operation signal.
