PURPOSE:To enable to continue the stable operation of a motor without hunting by accelerating the responding speed when an operating load is an allowable value or lower and decelerating the speed when the allowable value or higher. CONSTITUTION:A speed command generator 16 outputs a speed command in response to the deviation between a room temperature detected by an air conditioning load detector 17 and a reference temperature. A calculator 14 of a speed controller A corrects a speed control signal so that the deviation between the speed command and the speed signal becomes zero at every setting time of a timer 13. A short time is set to the timer 13 at the normal load time. An overload detector 10 operates at the overload time, and a deceleration command is inputted to the calculator 14. When the operating load becomes the allowable value or lower, the detector 10 stop operating to release the deceleration command, and a long time is set at the timer 13. |
