<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time required to manufacture a colored light separation filter and to inhibit the stripping of the color filter films from the org. polymer film by laminating color filter films and a protective film on the surface of an org. polymer film having a specified composition. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state image pickup element consisting of a silicon substrate 1 having a light receiving part 3 on one principal face, an oxide film 2 and a surface oxide film 4 is formed as a substrate 11. Chlorinated polymethylstyrene of about 240,000mol.wt. having chlorine introduced into the principal chain is dissolved in methylcellosolve acetate, and the resulting 10wt% soln. is dropped onto the film 4 and coated under rotation to form an undercoat film 5. The 1st color filter film 6 contg. gelatin as the principal component, an intermediate film 7, the 2nd color filter film 8 and a protective film 9 are successively formed on the surface of the film 5.</p> |
