<p>PURPOSE:To shift boxes in circulation and improve the efficiency by inclining the opening section of a box carried in front of an assembly worker with a conveyor so as to face the worker and carrying out an empty box with a conveyor in a transport feed device of transport boxes of electronic parts, etc. CONSTITUTION:When parts are to be supplied to a worker with a transport box 15, the transport box 15 is carried in to a rack-supporting bed 31 located at the first preset position with a carry-in conveyor 24. When a worker operates a switch, a rod 33a is protruded from an air cylinder 33 and the rack-supporting bed 31 is rotated upward, and the opening section of the transport box 15 is located at the second preset position nearly facing the worker. Next, when the parts in the box 15 are discharged and the switch is operated, a rod 34a is protruded from an air cylinder 34 and a lengthy member 29 is rotated upward, and the supporting bed 31 is also lifted together with the box 15. Accordingly, the supporting bed 31 and a discharge conveyor 25 form a continuous transport line, thereby the box 15 is carried out with the discharge conveyor 25.</p> |
