PURPOSE:To reduce the number of work stage of a part and to increase binding strength and reduce its variance by providing a proper number of interatomic coupling part by ultrasonic welding between the yoke member and frame member of a field part to bind together. CONSTITUTION:The frame member 11 and yoke member 2 are superposed upon each other, and sandwiched and pressed between a pressure rod 8 and a resonance rod 7, and an electric signal is supplied from an input terminal 9 to oscillate an oscillation rod 4. Then, the vibration is transmitted to the resonance rod 7 by a convergence horn 5 to put the rod in reciprocal motion in one direction on the contacting surface with the frame 1. Frictional heat is generated on the contacting surface above the recrystallization temperature of the frame member 11 and yoke member 2. Then, the electric signal is broken and the pressure application is stopped to form the interatomic coupling parts in a spot shape between the yoke member 2 and frame member 1. |
