PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a pilot signal and to simplify a circuit by providing a circuit which judges whether each amplifier is normal or nor to an amplifying device which monitors and switches a booster. CONSTITUTION:A signal from an input terminal is distributed by a disributor 3, and distributed signal components are amplified by amplifiers 4 and 5 and then outputted through a relay 6. Part of the output of each amplifier, on the other hand, is detected by detecting circuits 9 and 9' respectively, and the difference between the outputs of those detecting circuit is amplified by a differential amplifier 11. The output side of the differential amplifier 11 is connected to a window comparator 12 and a comparator 13, whose output sides are both connected to a logical circuit 14 to judge whether the amplifiers 4 and 5 are normal or not, controlling a relay 6 so that the operation is performed by an invariably normal system. Consequently, the need for a pilot signal is eliminated, so filters, etc., are also unnecessary, simplifying the circuit.
