NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [R<1> is methyl, cyano; R<2> is alkyl; R<3> is nitrophenyl, trifluoromethylphenyl; R<4> is phenyl, substituted phenyl, heterocyclic ring group, alkyl; R<5> is phenyl, substituted phenyl, (CH2)n-COOR7 (R7 is H, alkyl; n is 0, 1), alkyl; R<6> is H, alkyl; A is alkylene] and its salt. EXAMPLE:6-(1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolyloxy)hexyl 2,6-dimethyl-5-methoxycarbonyl-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3 -carboxylate. USE:Remedy for hypertension and diseases of circulatory systems such as disorder in cerebral circulation. Its action is durative. PREPARATION:The reaction between a compound of formula II (R<8> is mesyloxy, Cl) and a pyrazolone derivative of formula III is conducted in the presence of an anionization reagent and when necessary, an alkali metal iodide, at 15-120 deg.C to give the compound of formula I .
