PURPOSE:To obtain a laser oscillator, which has mutually orthogonal biaxial linearly deflection and is fitted to a cutting into an arbitary shape by using an XY table, by providing a bent mirror dividing beams into two and a total reflection mirror each placed on divided beam optical paths. CONSTITUTION:A plane (A) formed by the apices (a), (b), (c) of a bent mirror 20 and a plane (B) formed by apices (a), (c), (d) each represent planes of an incident angle of 45 deg. to incident rays shown in an optical axis 9, and reflect them in the mutual orthogonal biaxial directions. Rays reflected by the planes (A), (B) are changed into beams 23, 23', and each reach to total reflection mirrors 18 and 19 and are relfected. Accordingly, the polarized light of a laser output from a laser oscillator is linearly light-polarized severally independently in the orthogoanl biaxial directions, and a component linearly light-polarized in the direction of cutting can be extracted positively when a cutting into an arbitrary shpae is executed by using an X-Y table. |
