PURPOSE:To prevent extinction of battery through rotation of starter motor due to leak of starter switch, by interrupting the starter circuit when key not inserted. CONSTITUTION:A key detection switch 6 for detecting insertion of key 10 into key cylinder 11 is connected between a starter switch 3 and starter relay 4. When the key 10 is not inserted, the starter relay 4 will never function even if the starter switch 3 is leaked and conducted because the key detection switch 6 has been turned off. Consequently rotation of starter motor 5 through leak is prevented resulting in prevention of battery extinction. |
