PURPOSE:To obtain a stable photosensitive body low in dependence of image density on surroudning temp. without complicating a process by heat treating a photocnductive CdS powder in an inert gas atm. or in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:A photoconductive CdS powder is treated by heating a CdS powder at a temp. of 50-100 deg.C for 1-4 weeks in an atm. of inert gas, such as nitrogen or argon, or under <=10Torr reduced pressure. |
