The invention relates to improvements to apparatuses for supplying a fuel mixture for oxyhydrogen welding. These improvements are characterised in that the vessel 5, which is hermetically isolated from the outside, inside which the electrolysis process is performed, comprises two coaxial cylindrical electrodes 5, 12 connected to the poles of a low-voltage d.c. supply circuit, between these two electrodes there being interposed a certain number of independent cylindrical bodies 10 made of a conducting material and with increasing diameters, disposed coaxially and electrically insulated from each other as well as from the said electrodes 5, 12.
