The present invention relates to a ribbon end (head) for shuttleless looms, comprising a flattened and elongate body produced from laminated plastic. The particular feature of the invention resides in the fact that, over at least one end of the said body, a plurality of shaped through-holes 2 is provided. On the other hand, on one face of the said body 1, in the zone affected by the said holes, there is provision for a sole 4 for supporting a gripper made from plastic directly injected onto the said body and having a plurality of projections 10 which are inserted into the said plurality of holes so as to enable the said sole to be anchored to the said body. <IMAGE>
