PURPOSE:To fix assuredly core halves to each other without using any adhesive by giving the thermal deformation to a core supporter after fitting the core halves into a groove of the core suporter made of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Core halves 2 and 3 and a mask plate 4 are fitted into grooves 5-7 formed to a core supporter 1 of synthetic resin. The synthetic resin material is pressed and deformed with lever-shaped pressure pins 8 and 9 which are heated up to a temperature higher than the melting point of the synthetic resin. Thus the halves 2 and 3 and the plate 4 are perfectly fixed to the supporter 1. |
