PURPOSE:To make up an air vent structure in a circulating pump for a bath being ease of execution of works, by interconnecting an air receiving chamber to the upper part of a pump housing, while storing the air expelled out of the pump housing by water being filled up in the pump housing in the air receiving chamber. CONSTITUTION:When a bathtub 1 is filled up with water inside, the air is expelled out of a pump housing 4 by its advancement into the inside of the pump housing 4 and thereby enters into an air receiving chamber 5 forcibly presses a diaphragm 18 in combination with air existing inside the air receiving chamber 5 which is therefore forcibly increased in volume. As a result, inside the pump housing 4 is filled up with water whereby an impeller 6 rotates for driving without taking in air, and circulates the water between the pump housing 4 and the bathtub 1 smoothly so that execution of works can be easily carried out without setting the height of the pump housing accurately. |
