New preparation of sucroglycerides in free-flowing form, process for producing it and its applications

The present addition relates to a new preparation of sucroglycerides in free-flowing form, to a process for producing it and to its various applications in fields such as the cosmetic, perfume, pharmaceutical and especially food industries. This new preparation of sucroglycerides in free-flowing form comprises sucroglycerides, an oil which is free-flowing at room temperature and a lecithin. It can be used to stabilise emulsions of hydrophobic compounds in water, in particular compositions of synthetic milks for the feeding of young animals, as well as in the cereal processing industries and more specifically the cereal cooking industries.
