PURPOSE:To prevent the quantity of stored hot water from running short by a method wherein a certain fixed period of time for hot water supplying operation is ensured by dividingly programming for 24 hours of a day into a heating time zone and a hot water supplying time zone. CONSTITUTION:During a heating time zone, a heating time zone signal C is outputted from a program timer means 30. When the room temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature, a heating operation instruction signal A is outputted from a heating operation instruction signal generating means 11 and a heating operation signal E is outputted from a discriminating means 40. When a hot water supplying operation instruction signal B is outputted from a hot water supplying operation instruction signal generating means 12 under the condition that no signal A is outputted, a hot water supplying operation signal F is issued so as to be able to perform hot water supplying operation. On the other hand, during a hot water supplying time zone, a hot water supplying time zone signal D is outputted from the program timer means 30. When the hot water temperature in a hot water storage tank is lower than the set temperature, the signal B is outputted in order to perform hot water supplying operation. When the signal A is outputted under the condition that no signal B is outputted, the heating operation is made possible. |
