PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of characteristics of a photoconductive CdS powder even when it is mixed with a binder resin and dispersed into it using a large amt. of fusing agent, by mixing said powder with a soln. of an alpha-cyanoacrylate type monomer in advance, and then, mixing it with the binder resin and dispersing it into said resin. CONSTITUTION:Highly crystalline CdS particles having 1.0-10.0mum particle diameter prepared by calcining the CdS powder together with a fusing agent and again calcining it are mixed with a soln. of a monomer of alpha-cyanoacrylates, such as cyanomethyl acrylate and cyanoethyl acrylate and dispersing them into it before dispersing them into a binder resin, and a substrate is coated with said dispersion. A preferable concn. of said cyanoacrylates is 0.01-1.0wt%. |
