摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the rate of atomization and suspendability by bringing the oscillating flow obtd. when the length of smooth jet flow and liquid pressure are in a specific relation into collision against a collision surface thereby decreasing the grain size of the resulting spray. CONSTITUTION:The smooth jet flow ejected from a nozzle oscillates gradually to form oscillating flow which splits. The boundary length l of the smooth flow and oscillating flow changes with liquid pressure. The boundary length l increases (dl/dp>0) with an increase in the liquid pressure up to a certain liquid pressure range. The length l decreases gradually (dl/dp<=0) when the liquid pressure attains a specified pressure or above. The oscillating flow obtd. in the range wherein dl/dp attains <=0 collides against a collision surface 3. The liquid is heated or a surface active agent is added to the liquid and the range wherein dl/dp attains <=0 is shifted to the low pressure side.
